Marinated Beef Tips with Brussels Sprouts

This is my mom's marinade recipe and feel free to use it basically on any meat!! LOL I grew up with this marinade and it's become a staple in my life. Plus it's a lot healthier than going out for buttery unseasoned steaks! Blugh!

Be sure to add your meal into your myfitnesspal app and to weigh/measure out all of your portions!

Serves 2 people
Time: 30 min

What You'll Need:
1 lb of Top Sirloin Steak (mine came to about 15.4 oz raw (12.3 cooked))
1 bunch of Brussels Sprouts (mine came to about 15.2 oz about 3 cups worth)
1/8 cup Light Kraft Italian Dressing
1/8 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 cup Water
1 tsp Garlic Puree
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder (salt-free)
1 Tbsp Onion Powder (salt-free)

1 Tbsp Dry Cilantro
1 Tbsp McCormick Grill Mate Spicy Montreal Steak seasoning
1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Original Blend
1 Tbsp Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning (this can be spicy!)

Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
2. If you bought your steak already in tip form, skip this step! Dice up your Top Sirloin Steaks into chunks, make sure you trim any extra fat--weigh the amount!

3. Toss the Beef Tips into a plastic bag
4. Add the Worcestershire, Water and Kraft dressing into plastic bag with Beef Tips in it
5. Add all seasonings above and Garlic into the bag
6. Close the plastic bag well and mix!! (I let mine marinade for 6 hours)

7. Wash the Brussels Sprouts
8. Trim the ends off of the Brussels Sprouts and dice into 4ths (mine were huge!)

9. Line a cookie sheet with Aluminum Foil and lightly spray with non-fat cooking spray
10. Put Brussels Sprouts onto half of the pan and the Beef Tips on the other (with marinade)
11. Lightly spray the Sprouts with the non-fat cooking spray and add another dash of Garlic Powder and Onion Powder

12. Place in oven for about 20 min (or until Beef Tips are cooked to your preference)
13. Measure out and enjoy!

*Makes about 12.3 oz of Beef and 3 cups of Brussels Sprouts. Plus the Beef is so juicy you won't need any A1 or other dipping sauces.
